Ceramic Fiber
Under trademark BTU PLUS™
Available in blanket, module, board, and paper. Primarily used in industrial high temperature insulating applications, lightweight and low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance.
Mullite Material
Major raw material of refractory industry. Calcined from domestically
mined ores in the Southern United States. Low alkaline impurities, and superior refractoriness when compared to imported alternative product.
Refractory Bricks
A wide range of high quality insulation bricks, fireclay bricks, and high alumina bricks.
Mullite Fiber Material
Available in bulk, board, and paper. Extremely low in shot content, larger diameter than Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RFC), high temperature stability, and low shrinkage up to 1600°C (2912°F).
Soluble Fiber Material
Bio-soluble fibers manufactured from a blend of magnesium, calcium and silica. Available in board, blanket, and paper. An alternative to Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) insulation materials with temperatures to 1260°C (2300°F).
Fiberglass Material
Fiberglass fabrics coated in silicone, graphite, and aluminum foil. Also available in coated high silica fabrics.
